At Puphood, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Puphood account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
